Late Policy

We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our stylists’ day by delaying them for their following guests. For this reason, we have set a few general rules for such situations. 

  •  Clients will be given a 10 minute grace period.  After that time, we will call to check in on you. 

  • If we have not been able to contact you, your appointment time may be canceled and/or given away.

  • If it is 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Confirmations
As a courtesy, we send each client an appointment reminder via text or email 48 hours prior the appointment. We also try to call and confirm your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments . Please provide our receptionist with the phone number and email address that is best to contact you.
Cancellation Policy

We hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 24-48 hour notice.  This way, our stylists will be able to adjust their schedules and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.  We do understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc.  All appointments will require a credit card on file. Any appointment cancelled under 24 hours will be charged 50% of their service and day of cancelations/no shows will be charged 100% of their service to the credit card on file.

Guaranteed Satisfaction
We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services.  If you are not 100% satisfied we ask that you contact us within 7 days of your previous appointment so that we may schedule you to have your services corrected. Any issues reported longer than 7 days from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered a redo but will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Redos are considered as the same service originally done at the first appointment. Any additional services will be charged accordingly.
We DO NOT offer refunds for services performed in the salon.
Guest Policy
Our waiting area is cozy.  Please refrain from bringing more than one guest not receiving due to our limited available seating.
Children Policy
We personally understand that finding a sitter may be difficult and children will need to come in with their parents. We have crayons, coloring pages and lollipops for the kiddos but we do ask that the children do not run in the salon, touch our chemicals, or play on our equipment including but not limited to our stations, sinks and salon chairs. Our equipment is expensive and we will hold the guardian responsible for the repairs.  Our main concern is the child's safety and we will not be held responsible if your child gets hurt due to lack of supervision.
Pet Policy
We love pets of all kinds but due to health and State Board Of Cosmetology regulations 13:28‐3.6 "The holder of a shop license shall not permit any animals or pets in the licensed premises." We also have to respect our clients who may not be as comfortable around animals as we are. 
This does not include service animals for disabilities. Please inform us if you will be bringing your service animal in order for us to better accommodate you.
Payments, Tax, Deposits and Gratuity
Payment is made at the end of your visit. For your convenience we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Salon Do Or Dye Gift Certificates or cash.
Checks are not accepted.
Sales tax is NOT included for our retail products and will be added on at the end of the transaction.
Deposits made for wedding, bachlorette, color deposits and other major parties are non refundable.
Gratuity is not required but is appreciated. Gratuity cannot be put on credit cards or gift certificates and must be made in cash.
